Constantia Klein is a newly renovated French colonial styled property, embellished with beautiful antique furniture.
This 5-star Guest House consists of two separate private properties: a four bedroomed Villa and one bedroom Loft.

Take a stroll through the large one acre manicured gardens adorned with beautiful roses and hydrangeas, with a lively stream running through the bottom of the garden. Experience the privacy and solitude that nature has to offer in this little piece of heaven on earth. Not a far walk from the property is one of the three wine farms in close proximity (Groot Constantia, Buitenverwachting and Klein Constantia) where you can enjoy wine tasting, a lunchon or dinner.
Constantia Klein is also the perfect venue for an intimate wedding.

CK RATES

Our rates are quoted in South African Rands and are inclusive of VAT. Our rates are subject to confirmation and availability and may change without prior notice. Reservations are subject to terms and conditions on check-in. 

MINIMUM STAY
Our minimum stay over the Christmas period is 14 days for the Villa and 7 days for the Loft.
Our minimum stay over the Easter period is 4 days for either the Villa or the Loft. 

ACCEPTED MEANS OF PAYMENT
We accept Bank Telegraphic Transfer or EFT as payment
Please note that we do not accept any foreign currency

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION / NON-ARRIVAL POLICY
The deposit for bookings within 30 days of your stay is 100%. For more than 30 days to check-in, a 50% deposit is required with the balance of the payment paid at least two days before your arrival.

Like most Hotels and Guest Houses we have a strict cancellation policy to protect us against cancellations. If cancelled for whatever reason, you will be liable for the cancellation fee whether we have a deposit from you or not. Companies/Travel agencies operating on a 'bill-back' basis will also be liable to pay cancellation fees if cancelled whether we have a voucher or not.
Please make sure you and/or clients are aware of our policy before accepting our accommodation at our establishment.

1. Cancellations more than 30 days prior to visit forfeit 50% of the total booking quote (i.e full deposit).
3. Cancellations between 30 and 1 days prior to the visit forfeit 100% of the total booking quote (i.e full payment).
4. For non-arrival/no show/premature departure 100% of total booking quoted is payable (i.e no refunds allowed).  

CHECK IN TIME 

Check-in is available from 14h00.  Please note that if you plan to arrive late into the evening, we would appreciate being advised so that we can prepare for your check-in after hours. If you plan to arrive earlier, you are welcome to leave your luggage at the guest house while you go out exploring or you are welcome to have a cup of tea and relax in our lounge until your room/villa is ready.

CHECK OUT TIME

Our latest check-out is at 10h30.
Later check-outs are only possible if the rooms are empty the following day. You are welcome to have a cup of tea and relax in our lounge or we can hold your luggage until you are ready to depart.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Guests agree on behalf of themselves and the members of their parties that neither the establishment, its owners, employees nor agents shall be responsible for any injury or death of any person or the loss or destruction of or damage to any property upon the premises, whether arising from fire, theft or any cause and by whomsoever caused or arising from the negligence (gross or otherwise) or wrongful act of any person in the employment of the guesthouse. Any damage caused by guests to property and premises due to bad behaviour or carelessness, or keys lost and replaced for security reasons will be for the guests account.
